Role Overview

We are looking for Product Engineer to support Retail Assets Automation testing and production stability. The role focuses on defect resolution, root-cause analysis, test automation coverage, and stabilization across the Retail Assets module.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Defect Management

• Support defect resolution for Retail Assets Automation testing and PBIs in production.
• Own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module.
• Drive stabilization initiatives across entities including ENBD, EI, and international subsidiaries.
  
  

• Triage and resolve critical production incidents.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and reduce recurring defects.
• Coordinate with Development teams on patches, upgrades, and defect resolution.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in Finacle Scripting.
• Experience with Retail Assets module testing and automation.
• Strong defect triage, root-cause analysis, and production support skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across development and cross-entity teams.
