Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Executive to join our Process Excellence Team. The candidate will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Quality Processes/Standards/Frameworks across delivery domains, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality processes/standards/frameworks across projects and delivery teams.
- Conduct internal audits and process compliance checks.
- Support documentation and reporting of process adherence and deviations.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and update quality metrics dashboards and reports.
- Maintain QMS Portal and should have understanding about SEPG function.
- Conducting process training and ISMS awareness sessions.
- Assist in preparation for external audits and certifications (e.g., ISMS, CMMI, SOC 2).
- Ensure timely escalation of quality issues to the Quality Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in implementing QMS, ISMS and ensures process compliance through internal/external audits.
- Detailed understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality models.
- Good communication, documentation and articulation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exposure/experience in Power BI for dashboard creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to take up the challenges and find solution based approach.
- Good understanding on Risk Management approaches and its treatment plan.
- Implementation experience in ISMS 2022 and CMMI v3.0 frameworks.
- Experience with quality statistical tools and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Certification in ISO 27001:2022 Implementation / Internal Audit is mandatory.
- Certification in Other Quality Standards or Process Management is a plus.
