We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Networking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our presales team, you will play a critical role in understanding customer requirements, designing customized networking solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams to deliver comprehensive networking solutions that address our customers’ evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their networking challenges, requirements, and objectives.
Conduct in-depth technical discussions and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our networking solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized proposals, solution architectures, and technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
Design and configure networking solutions based on customer requirements, leveraging our product portfolio and industry best practices.
Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) activities to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our networking solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams during customer meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development and sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5 years of experience in presales engineering, solution architecture, or technical sales roles within the networking industry.
Deep understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures, including but not limited to: routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless networking, security, and cloud networking.
Hands-on experience with networking equipment, platforms, and tools from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Palo Alto Networks.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of designing and delivering complex networking solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
