Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application management, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and meet the evolving requirements of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements to optimize user experience.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
• Experience with integration of SaaS applications using APIs.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms for application development.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
