Lead Auditor CQR - Forestry Certification And Training Services

Mission of the Role

• Responsible for advancing Cotecnas Forestry and Sustainability certification services in India by expanding the client base to drive significant business growth.
• Involves in collaborating with government departments to stay updated on regulatory changes and attending industry fairs and conferences to boost Cotecna’s market presence and influence.
  
  

• Responsible to promote Forestry and Sustainability certification services in India.
• To conduct FSC COC/FM and sustainability services audits as per business requirement across regions.
• Responsibility for new customer acquisition, relationship management and business growth to ensure Cotecna becomes the service provider of choice to a greater share of the market.
• Acquire Key clients in collaboration with other regions sales personnel
• Be abreast of trends and Customer requirements and to share market intelligence time to time to adjust strategy.
• Learn and implement calculation of audit man-days for forestry & sustainability certification scheme, prepare proposals and submit them to win contracts for Cotecna.
• Be abreast with marketing and promotional activities and participate in fairs, conferences, etc. to promote Cotecna in India
• Liaise with various govt. departments to be abreast with latest requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
  
  

• College or university qualification) AND two (2) years of professional experience in the forest products sector OR Secondary education (high school certificate) AND four (4) years of professional experience in the forest products sector essential.
• Successful completion (certificate) of an IRCA registered "ISO management standard auditor course" OR an ISO 19011 course on auditing techniques essential.
• Successful completion (certificate) of an FSC CoC Auditor Training course conducted by an ASI approved training provider.
• Knowledge of FSC Core Labour Requirements and national labour laws of countries where audits are performed essential.
• FSC CoC Auditor previously qualified by another certification body preferred.
