About The Role

As Indirect Category Manager, you will drive global category strategies across Professional Services, Marketing, Finance, and HR, leading complex sourcing initiatives that deliver measurable value, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support our transformation journey. Be part of a global team that turns strategy into impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies across assigned spend areas
• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and value creation initiatives
• Develop and communicate Category Sourcing Plans to key stakeholders
• Align sourcing actions with overall business and functional strategies
• Drive implementation and periodic review of category plans
• Lead complex global sourcing projects end-to-end
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance governance
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align sourcing strategies
• Monitor market trends and identify innovation opportunities
• Ensure contract compliance and KPI-driven performance tracking
  
  

What You Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in indirect category management or sourcing
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-region sourcing projects
• Strong negotiation, contracting, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within Professional Services, HR, Marketing or Finance categories
• Analytical mindset with solid spend analysis capabilities
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix setup
• Fluent English, written and spoken
