The Role

Were looking for a driven young marketing professional to join the core Synapt GTM team.

As our Growth Marketing Executive, you’ll own the Synapt growth engine end to end, with campaigns as a direct lever for pipeline growth in global markets.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. Youll work closely with the GTM and Product leadership, contribute to strategy, experiment and set up AI workflows, and have direct exposure to how a B2B AI product goes to market internationally.

Campaign Development:

• Work with the Head of Growth to get a grounds-up understanding of the Synapt platform and use-cases: the business value delivered, the target markets, the buyer personas
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  
  
  

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Own the reporting of campaign performance to leadership - clear and concise dashboards that help identify risk areas
• Use analytical tools to track and evaluate campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing efforts.
  
  
  

• Work with the Content Marketing Manager to optimize content for the website and social media platforms for SEO and GEO.
• Develop and execute a digital publications strategy to build Synapts presence and ranking across generative AI platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on LinkedIn primarily.
  
  
  

• A young leader who wants the 0 to 1 journey — energised by building from scratch, owning outcomes, and shaping a global products market presence from its earliest days
• 3+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in enterprise software or B2B SaaS
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to collaborate across teams and functions
• Revenue and pipeline-obsessed — quick to identify what isnt working and willing to pivot strategies
• Proven track record running campaigns across multiple channels — paid, organic, email, and social
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable owning KPIs and presenting performance data to leadership
• Hands-on experience with SEO/GEO, website analytics, and marketing automation tools
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI-driven search, and B2B growth
  
  
  

• Ground floor. Youll be one of the first hires on a product team building something genuinely new and powerful in enterprise AI.
• Real ownership. This isnt a support role. Youll own the digital marketing engine and have a direct line of impact on global pipeline.
• Learning at pace. Youll work alongside senior GTM and product leaders, with exposure across strategy, solutioning, and brand development.
• Global scope. Based in Chennai, working on markets across North America, Europe, and beyond.
