Overview

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom OSS professional with strong expertise in Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS), telecom business processes, and database analysis. The candidate should have a solid understanding of MetaSolv data structures and be capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting OSS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS) applications.
• Work extensively with MetaSolv data, inventory, provisioning, and service fulfillment processes.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using SQL and Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and lead solution discussions as required.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong Telecom domain knowledge, particularly in OSS.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS).
• Strong understanding of MetaSolv database schema and data relationships.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in creating Metasolv Custom Database objects.
• Experience with Debugging/Modifying existing PLSQL logic in Metasolv System.
