Good to have skills : Cobol Mainframe, Job Control Language (JCL)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Information Management System (IMS) Database, Cobol Mainframe, Job Control Language (JCL).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe, Job Control Language (JCL).
• Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques related to IBM Information Management System (IMS).
• Experience in designing, coding, and testing software components within complex application environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in legacy systems while implementing enhancements.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM Information Management System (IMS) Database.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
