Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and developing strategies that align with organizational goals. You will play a crucial role in translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, ensuring that the initiatives you support are effectively implemented to drive transformation and enhance overall business performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits and impacts of proposed initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements. - Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
