Business Analyst Vodafone

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Business Analyst to support Vodafone's business transformation and technology initiatives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support Agile/Scrum activities and backlog management.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and requirements
  
  
  

• 2- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Telecom domain experience preferred.
