The Senior BI Analyst will serve as a trusted analytics partner, ensuring that leadership has timely, reliable, and actionable insights to drive performance and growth.

This position plays a critical role in strengthening data-driven culture within the organization by combining technical expertise with strong business acumen and ownership mindset.

  • Provide analytical insights, trend analysis, and executive-ready summaries to support decision-making
  • Maintain documentation of data definitions, report logic, and dashboard structures to ensure governance and continuity
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and introduce advanced analytics where relevant
