We are looking for an Architect / Sr. Architect – GenAI & AI Platforms, to lead the design and development of a strategic enterprise AI platform. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, including founders, to define the platform vision and architect scalable, production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs and modern AI technologies. This platform will act as a digital twin of our existing systems-an intelligent bot/ Platform that provides real-time insights on what needs to be done and how to do it.

• Define & Architect AI Platforms
• Lead the architecture of an enterprise-grade AI platform (digital twin) integrating multiple data and system layers
• Design scalable, modular, and extensible system architectures for GenAI-powered applications
• Make key design decisions across model selection, orchestration, data flows, and system integration
• Build Intelligent GenAI Systems
• Architect LLM-powered systems including copilots, decision-support systems, and agentic workflows
• Define patterns for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context management, and reasoning pipelines
• Enable real-time intelligence and actionability through AI-driven insights
• Drive Engineering Excellence & Scale
• Establish best practices for system design, code quality, and platform reliability
• Oversee development of high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs
• Ensure robust deployment architectures across cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Integrate Across Enterprise Ecosystems
• Lead integration of AI platform with existing enterprise systems and data pipelines
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in production environments
• Design microservices-based architectures for seamless interoperability
• Lead, Mentor & Influence
• Work closely with leadership to translate strategic vision into execution.
• Mentor engineering teams and guide technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to drive adoption of AI solutions.
• Contribute to building reusable accelerators and internal AI platforms.
  
  

What do we expect?

Key Skills

• Overall, 7.5+ to 13 years of experience with relevant experience in MLE/MLOps/AI Engg.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable AI/ML systems.
• Experience in leading a team as well as handling customer stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in working with LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Python frameworks (such as Django/Flask) or other similar technologies.
• In-depth understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and lead projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding teams, fostering collaboration across cross-functional groups.
• Passion for innovation, with the ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve complex challenges.
