Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for leading execution of architectural projects across sectors. Ensures functionality,
aesthetics, sustainability, and compliance in all design stages, coordinating between internal
teams, consultants, and clients
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Prepare design deliverables (concepts, layouts, drawings, details).
- Coordinate with consultants for integrated, clash-free design.
- Lead development/release of GFC drawings; clarify site queries.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical justifications.
- Support project approvals through submission drawings.
- Identify risks and propose value engineering options.
- Guide junior architects and CAD technicians
3–7 years in architectural design and detailing.
B.Arch (Mandatory), Master’s in Architecture / Urban Design / Sustainable Design – Preferred
