Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, ensuring smooth operation, and maintaining the reliability of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within Salesforce B2C Commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their integration with backend systems.
  • Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
  • Familiarity with incident management and change control processes in software support.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
