Application Engineer

Academic And Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical/Environmental Engineering from reputed institute.
• Minimum 3-7 years related experience in the process design/sizing, proposal, and costing of medium to large-sized systems.
• Knowledge in Autodesk 2D/3D design tools will be a plus or wiling to learn.
• Knowledge on DAF’s API Separators, MBBR’s and Anaerobic systems.
• Knowledge on Material selection for vessels, pumps and other bought out items.
• Experience on bid specifications review and preparing highlighted drawings (added advantage).
• Knowledge on preparation of Operation and control philosophy documents.
• Capable of supporting multiple projects at a time and meet project schedules.
• Experience in developing/understanding of process flow diagram and Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID’s), plant layout drawings, civil/equipment 2D/3D drawings.
• Knowledge on selection of all types of electromechanical equipment, instruments, and process control requirement.
• Positive team and client-focused attitude directed towards delivering quality work on time and within budget.
• Exposure to MS Office package for preparing necessary documents, excel files and PPT’s will be an advantage.
• Experience in collaborating with international teams towards engineering design will be an advantage.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with international teams; Extra miler / self-driven to meet the commitments / goals. Be analytical and problem solving.
