AI Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Technical Lead to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks, and a passion for building scalable, intelligent systems. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful AI products.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and intelligent systems.
• Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
• Build and maintain robust APIs using REST or GraphQL, ensuring secure and scalable integrations.
• Manage cloud-based AI infrastructure, particularly on Google Cloud (Vertex AI) or Azure (Azure ML).
• Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and drive innovation within the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices
  
  
  

• Programming Languages: Python (mandatory); Node.js, Java, or C++ (preferred).
• AI/ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Agentic AI: LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel.
• API Development: REST, GraphQL; OAuth, JWT; Swagger, Postman.
• Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud (Vertex AI), Azure (Azure ML); MLOps pipelines.
• Data Handling: Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and preprocessing for model training.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in leading technical teams and projects
