Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Data Analyst with five years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will turn data into insights to drive decisions, improve customer outcomes, and help scale our Go-to-Market operations. Your expertise in SQL and data storytelling will be key to identifying trends, supporting key initiatives, and building impactful dashboards and reports. This role is hybrid, and will require you to be onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays in our Chennai office.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau) to help cross-functional teams monitor business performance and make key decisions.
• Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Data Engineering teams to access and model relevant data.
• Lead preparation and ongoing execution of mission-critical finance dashboards such as ARR, customer retention and other key top-line indicators.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting sources.
  
  

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or related role.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with transformations in dbt.
• Hands-on experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• This role will require timezone flexibility to overlap with US team as required.
  
  

• Advanced degree in Business Analytics or Data Science (Masters degree preferred).
• Experience with a scripting language (Python or R) for data analysis or building Machine Learning models.
• Experience working with Salesforce and other GTM datasets.
• Experience working directly with Finance, Marketing, Sales, or other GTM teams.
