Area(s) of responsibility
Service Now JD
- Service now expert (NOT USER)
- Should be able to extract data from Service now using queries
- Strong on writing queries and design on service now.
- Expert in Service now as the tool
- Good Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, Service Portal, and platform features.
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ITIL or other industry frameworks
- Good on ITGC and SOX processes related documentation
- Understanding of SOX templates and preparation
- Differentiate between different SOX processes ( like RU, SOD, CM1,,, CM3 etc) and prepare documents
- Must be a self-starter and should be able drive with ownership
