Social Media Manager

We are hiring for a Social Media Manager with a leading product‑led health tech company in Bangalore.

This role owns the brand’s organic presence on Instagram - driving content strategy, calendar execution, social listening, and performance analysis. It blends science communication with platform nativeness and audience empathy, requiring sharp copywriting and the ability to turn complex science into content people want to watch, save, and share.

Responsibilities

• Lead Instagram content strategy and calendar execution
• Drive social listening and performance analysis to refine approach
• Translate complex science into engaging, platform content
• Collaborate with creative, influencer, medical, and brand teams
• Build credibility and genuine audience connection through content

What we’re looking for

• 5–6 years of experience in social, content, or editorial roles
• Background in D2C, consumer, or health‑tech brands would be a good to have
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to manage social channels end‑to‑end
• Balance of creativity with data‑driven performance mindset
