Scope

• Design and implement certificate lifecycle management in ServiceNow
• Establish certificate discovery and inventory processes
• Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft ADCS
• Configure request, renewal, revocation, and expiry workflows
• Define certificate ownership and CMDB relationships
• Build monitoring, notifications, dashboards, and reporting
• Develop governance, operational processes, and supporting documentation
  
  

• Strong ServiceNow build and support experience (CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Flow Designer)
• Handson experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management
• Microsoft ADCS administration and integration expertise
• Experience implementing certificate management solutions
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices
• Ability to work independently and lead design workshops (with DevSecOps, Identify and Access Management, Cyber, Managed Cloud/ Infra teams)
