We are looking for Program manager to lead Outreach and Adoption Initiatives for large Government programs.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead outreach, stakeholder engagement, and adoption initiatives for large-scale government-facing programs. The role requires a dynamic leader who can work directly with senior government officials, drive program execution end‑to‑end, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams. Candidates must already be based in Bengaluru or be able to relocate immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive program execution and adoption across state and central government stakeholders, including up to Secretary-level engagements.
• Present solutions, articulate features/benefits, demonstrate product capabilities, and manage feedback loops with engineering and product teams.
• Develop and implement outreach and GTM plans aligned with government program goals.
• Manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems involving government, internal teams, and external partners.
• Track program milestones, risks, outcomes, and governance processes.
• Ensure product roadmap alignment based on field feedback and adoption insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure end-user success at scale.

Required Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Program/Project Management with demonstrated success in large, complex programs.
• Strong background working with government ecosystems/Public Services (state or central).
• Proven stakeholder management skills across senior government officials and diverse teams.
• Experience in driving adoption-oriented programs, preferably involving technology-led interventions.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Bengaluru or able to relocate immediately. Immediate availability is a key requirement.
