Job Description
Area(s) of responsibility
- Must possess functional and techno-functional experience in OTM.
- Experience in managing implementations and/or supporting projects related to these systems, and/or working on OTM Release Cloud versions.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM application modules, including (but not limited to) order management, OTM finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
- Ability to prepare mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems, and translate functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre
- Proficiency in writing SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks
- Hands-on experience with JSPX/XSL would be an additional advantage.
- Preference for experience in end-to-end OTM lifecycle/implementation and OTM architecture
- Experience in support/ticket handling.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tool is advantageous.
