Impact In This Role

This role supports operational excellence and strategic collaboration across the supply chain by coordinating external manufacturing partnerships and facilitating internal cross-functional alignment. The Operations Specialist assists in ensuring effective partner support, supporting the onboarding processes, and providing timely, knowledgeable support to the Technical Project Management (TPM) team, Quality team and Logistics team as needed.

Areas of Responsibility

Assist with Engagement and Development with Manufacturing Partners (suppliers)

Collaborate and assist in the onboarding process for Manufacturing Partner Onboarding

Lead TPM (Technical Project Management) Support and Inquiry Resolution for Job Opportunities

Collaborate in Performance & Business Reviews

Support Continuous Improvement for Cross-Functional Collaboration
