Serenity is Looking for:

What You’ll Do

• Design and architect next-generation data centers across the Middle East, India, and Europe.
• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, procurement, deployment, and commissioning.
• Partner with local engineering teams and contractors to leverage regional expertise.
• Oversee equipment procurement and vendor negotiations for power, cooling, network, and compute systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, zoning, permitting, and security standards are met in each region.
• Apply CDCS best practices (or equivalent frameworks) to ensure resilience and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risks for multiple international rollouts.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-deployment reviews and lessons learned.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in data center design, deployment, and operations.
• Proven track record in global or multi-region infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in procurement, vendor management, and international supply chains.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and operational nuances in Middle East, India, and Europe.
• CDCS certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  
  
  

Bonus Points

• EPC or Design-Build project model experience.
• Commissioning & QA/QC expertise in MEP systems.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Smartsheet).
