We are looking for a General Cashier to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept

• Manage the hotel's daily cash collections, including cash received from Front Office, Food & Beverage and other operating departments.
• Verify, reconcile and securely deposit all cash collections in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
• Maintain the hotel petty cash fund, process reimbursements and ensure all petty cash transactions are properly authorised and documented.
• Prepare daily cash reports, bank deposits and cash reconciliation statements, ensuring timely submission to the Finance department.
• Ensure all cash floats issued to operational departments are accurately recorded, balanced and replenished when required.
• Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies while maintaining complete supporting documentation.

• Previous experience as a General Cashier, Cashier or Finance Executive within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of cash handling procedures, banking processes and financial controls.
• Experience with hotel financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong numerical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
