The Role
As our Founding Lead, International Growth, you are the bridge. You will be the first person on the ground establishing our footprint in the US, EU, and Middle East. You aren't stepping into a role with a predefined manual—you're here to write it.
The Mission (What You'll Build)
Own the Map: You will identify, pitch, and onboard global fashion brands and large buying houses. You decide which markets we hit first and how we win them.
Shape the Product: Being on the founding team means your voice shapes the product. You'll feed market insights directly to the product and engineering teams to ensure our platform solves real problems for international buyers.
Tell the Story: You'll represent Tradio at global trade shows (Paris, New York, Dubai), moving beyond 'sales' to build genuine, high-value partnerships that last.
The 'Edge' We Need (Who You Are)
The Experience: You have 4+ years of real experience in international business development, specifically within textiles, apparel, or fashion sourcing.
The Network: You've worked with or sold to global brands and buying houses. You know the difference between a tech-pack and a purchase order, and you understand the compliance hurdles (SEDEX, GOTS, OEKO-TEX) that keep buyers up at night.
The Mindset: You are a builder. You are comfortable with the chaos of zero-to-one. You don't need a boss to tell you what to do on a Tuesday morning; you look at the goal and figure out the path. You thrive in ambiguity and own outcomes.
The Tech-Fluency: You understand that the future of sourcing is digital. You're excited to show old-school buyers how a platform-first approach can fix their supply chain headaches. You can work effectively with technical teams to translate buyer needs into product requirements.
