Director, Marketing - Internal Communications

Full Location: Bengaluru - IN

The Director, Marketing - Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing the company's global employee communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with business priorities. This role partners closely with executive leadership, HR, Operations, and Marketing to deliver impactful communications that strengthen culture, support business transformation, and reinforce the ResultsCX brand. The role also oversees the company's awards strategy and supports corporate public relations initiatives.

In This Role You Will

• Develop and execute the global internal communications strategy and communications calendar.
• Lead executive and leadership communications and organizational announcements.
• Create and manage employee engagement, culture, recognition, ESG, and corporate communications programs.
• Oversee internal newsletters and employee communication channels.
• Manage the company's awards strategy, including submissions, stakeholder coordination, and recognition programs.
• Support public relations initiatives, including press releases, announcements, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Establish communications processes, governance, and quality standards across the organization.
• Measure and report on communications effectiveness and employee engagement.
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• 12+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing Communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing executive communications and managing sensitive corporate announcements.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
