Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to support and manage corporate legal compliance requirements. The role involves ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and supporting overall governance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Manage statutory compliances and maintain compliance calendars
• Handle employee-related compliance matters including POSH and ensure proper documentation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants for compliance-related matters
• Draft, review, and maintain legal and compliance documentation
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation for regulatory reviews
• Stay updated with changes in legal and regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation
• Assist in developing and improving compliance processes and frameworks

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5–10 years in Legal Compliance within a corporate setup
• Experience in handling corporate and employee-related compliance matters
• Qualification: LLB / Legal degree from a recognized institution
• Strong understanding of corporate laws and compliance frameworks
