Job Purpose

This role is accountable for driving Collection Management & to managing the agencies for performance, and implementing recovery strategies for hard bucket NPAs. The position requires close coordination with In-House team, vendors, legal teams, field staff, and analytics functions to ensure strong resolution momentum in 30+, 90+ DPD and technically written-off accounts.

Key Responsibilities

To manage to deliquency & day to day collection activity.

Own end-to-end collection processes across all the buckets and implimentation of legal action on cases.

Devise region-specific strategies for collection & customer available and vehicle available scenarios.

Improve field traction through In-House team & vendor for skip tracing, legal execution, and direct customer negotiations.

Monitoring daily deposition of cash with in TAT to maintain better hygine.

Appointment of Vendors. Audit & Compliance,

Ensure timely TATs and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Experience Required

Minimum 10+ Years of Experience is required.

Minimum Qualification - Graduation
