Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of challenges.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycle management and billing processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing cloud-based subscription management solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect subscription management with other enterprise systems.
