Marketing Coordinator Associate

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our Marketing Consultant and external marketing agency to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketing agencies and internal teams for campaign execution.
• Collect, organize, and maintain campaign reports, creatives, analytics, and performance data.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign documentation, and marketing records.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and data collection.
• Support digital marketing activities and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  
  

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with reports, data, and multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Digital Marketing internship or certification will be an added advantage.
