Your role

PU Giraffe AMB and Arthur is looking for Project Managers!

As a Project Manager you will work as either the main project manager within a roadmap driven development stream or as Deputy project manager for a large development and delivery project towards our customers. The role of the project manager is to balance the technical aspects with the commercial aspects, time schedule, scope and budget to meet the contractual- or roadmap driven obligations and deliver customer value. The ability to create structure from uncertainty and to communicate progress, goals and direction to both internal and external stakeholders is key abilities with our project managers.

A project manager has responsibility for all project management aspects in our projects including:

• Project management during the execution phase including establish and follow up on the time schedule, milestones, budget etc.
• Support main customer project manager in the interface towards the customer during execution and responsible for fulfillment part of contract including negotiations
• Ensure short and long term profitability of the project and secure fulfillment of the project goals
• Challenge the organization to continuously improve in a pre-defined development steam in order to contribute to increased efficiency in our operations.
• Inform and establish commitment for the project in the organization in order to meet the customers’ expectations and to ensure commercial success of the project
  
  
  

Your profile

We believe that you have a few years experience with project management, with a technical background and leadership experience. You have knowledge of our company policies, practices and procedures. You are comfortable working both independently within your field of competence as well as with other interfaces in order to secure quality, to meet directives and deadlines. You are a team player, willing to walk the extra mile for your team and its objectives. We believe you do have drive, perseverance and an interest to understand the complexity in a large project environment.

We also believe you:

• Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Have a structured way of working that you also can create and communicate to your team
• Are interested in learning new things and adapt to different environments and cultures
  
  
  

Meritorious is if you:

• Have experience of working with software integration and experience from working on a systems verification level
  
  
  

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
