Key Responsibilities &Tasks

• Prepare and excute Porsche Network plan for India and identify potential white spots and markets for Porsche set up
• Implementing Porsche global retail and service format in India
• Planning, construction and activation of dealer facilities in accordance with Porsche guidelines
• Budget planning and utilization for NMD function
• Appointment of new dealer partners as per process defined by Porsche India
• Define NMD related payouts and penalty policy for dealer network
• Handling dealer partner exits and ensuring legal compliance
• Support other functions and tasks such as DMS roll out, Performance evaluations, etc
• Monitoring dealer financial reporting
• Representing Porsche India from Network Function at various PME, PAG and SAVWIPL forums and programs such as NQ conference and Shared projects such as dealer profitability study, etc
