Sales Officer – Agrochemical

Company: Bhoodhan Agriventures Pvt. Ltd. (BAPL)

Location: All MP

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer/distributor networks, and increasing market presence for BAPL’s agrochemical products.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Appoint and develop new dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.

Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and product promotions.

Monitor product movement, stock availability, and secondary sales.

Ensure timely payment collection from channel partners.

Conduct regular field visits and provide market/competitor feedback.

Requirements

Eligibility

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Agrochemical/Agri-input Sales.

Strong local market knowledge and dealer/distributor network preferred.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
