Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10+ years of proven experience managing technology, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, HRMS, FINANCE, or enterprise software implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience managing enterprise application implementation and integration projects.
Familiarity with business process automation, workflow management, and digital transformation initiatives.
