Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and refining product paradigms and user-centric solutions that align with company goals
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate concepts into technical requirements
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and deployment
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, and user needs to inform product decisions
• Support the design and development of product features, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation
• Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Learn and adopt new development tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance team productivity
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve product-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet high standards of reliability and usability

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Design, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and the product lifecycle
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Familiarity with product management concepts, user-centered design, and customer-focused thinking
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally in a fast-paced technology setting
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship
• Understanding of agile development practices is preferred
• Internship, project, or hands-on experience in product development or software engineering is a plus
