Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage the companys IT infrastructure, software systems, networks, cybersecurity, and technical support. The candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, data security, and effective implementation of technology solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and hardware.
  

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications and business systems.
  

• Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, email systems, and other business applications.
  

• Ensure data security, backup, recovery, and protection against cyber threats.
  

• Handle IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  

• Manage IT vendors, software licenses, AMC contracts, and procurement of IT equipment.
  

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
  

• Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and access controls.
  

• Coordinate with different departments to understand their IT requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  

• Manage IT budgets, technology upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
  

• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and software license records.
  

• Lead and support the IT team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  

• 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, including team management.
  

• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  

• Experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and data backup.
  

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, HRMS, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different departments.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience managing IT operations in a multi-location organization.
  

• Knowledge of IT asset management, vendor management, and technology implementation.
  

• Ability to improve system efficiency, data security, and business processes.
