Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and oversee the school’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
  
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  
• Handle performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  
• Address employee grievances and ensure effective conflict resolution.
  
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee welfare activities.
  
• Support school leadership in manpower planning and HR-related decision-making.
  
• Promote a positive and professional work culture across the school.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a school/education sector.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  
• Good proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
