Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative with strong experience in customer service, ideally in the tourism and ticket reservation industry.

In This Role, You Will

  • Manage ticket bookings (museums, trains, attractions).
  • Assist customers via email and occasionally phone.
  • Communicate with customers mainly in English, but also in writing in Spanish and Portuguese when needed.
  • Solve reservation issues, handle changes, and provide accurate information.
  • Write and publish engaging travel-related content.

You will be working with different apps, systems, and websites daily, so you must be extremely comfortable with computers and quick to learn new tools.

KEY DUTIES

  • Process ticket reservations quickly and accurately.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and problem resolution.
  • Write and share tourism-related articles.
  • Use Google Translate and ChatGPT to assist with written communication in Spanish and Portuguese when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service (tourism and ticketing experience is a plus).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with written communication in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office in general.
  • Highly comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications and websites.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk) is an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

WORK SCHEDULE (Peru Time - 5)

  • Monday to Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Thursday and Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
