The role & your impact
As hands-on team leader at Novonesis, you will play a key role in supporting customers across Europe, including Global Strategic Accounts, while leading and developing a highly dedicated customer service team.
This is a dual role, with approx. 50% people leadership and 50% operational customer service responsibilities. You will act as both a leader and an individual contributor, giving you a strong platform for understanding customer needs, supporting colleagues in real time, and driving improvements based on operational insight.
As Team Leader, you will
- Act as second-in-command and deputy to Team Leader overall responsible for Customer service representative team in Europe
- Lead, coach, and develop 5-7 highly dedicated customer service employees who continuously strive to deliver high customer satisfaction
- Support employee engagement, well-being, and performance
- Help set direction and priorities within the team
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to future ways of working
- Support change management and implementation of new processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Warehousing, and Finance
As Customer Service Representative, you will
- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers handling the dialogue and support a smooth order-to-delivery experience
- Solve issues and manage escalations with a strong service mindset
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs
- Help tailor supply solutions related to order size, shipping, packaging, documentation, and delivery frequency
- Act as the internal voice of the customer in the supply chain
- You will be part of Customer Service & Logistics, working in an international environment where collaboration, customer focus, and high-quality execution are essential.

- Additional Skills we value:
- knowledge of SAP SD R/3 or another ERP system
- Solid MS Office skills
- Experience with Salesforce / Service Cloud is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Danish, spoken and written
