Key Responsibilities

FASTag Marketing: Promote and drive adoption of NETC FASTag products among commercial vehicle owners, fleet operators, and walk-in branch clients.
Portfolio Management: Handle commercial vehicle (CV) segment accounts, dealer relationships, and client service portfolios.
Branch Coordination: Work with internal branch teams to execute seamless FASTag issuance, tagging, and lifecycle requests.
Cross-Selling: Pitch secondary bank offerings, asset products, and liability solutions to commercial clients.
Customer Service & Resolution: Resolve client queries, manage account service requests, and maintain low customer attrition rates. Requirements & Skills
