Job Timings

• Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  
• Monday: Weekly Off
  

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
  
• Handle parent queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  
• Coordinate with teachers and the school management to resolve parent concerns.
  
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding school activities and updates.
  
• Maintain accurate records and update parent information in the system.
  
• Assist with follow-ups, appointments, meetings, and other parent-related activities.
  
• Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for parents and students.
  

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in parent relationship management, customer service, front desk, counseling, or a similar role is preferred.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good computer knowledge.
  
• Working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
  
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to handle parent queries patiently and professionally.
  
• Freshers with excellent communication, computer, and Excel skills can also apply.
