As a Picker / Packer at Blinkit, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to Blinkit standards.
• Ensure the accuracy of orders picked and packed.
• Maintain inventory records and update stock levels.
• Prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring they are securely packed.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Use handheld devices and software for order management.
• Participate in regular stock checks and audits.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
  
  

• Must have completed at least 12th grade (higher secondary education).
• Ability to read and understand order details and instructions.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving of packages.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
