Ensuring manpower discipline, especially adherence to PPE requirements.
Providing training to manpower for skill enhancement and multiskilling.
Ensuring capacity utilization as per AX planning.
Handling and supporting new development activities related to Bellows.
Conducting daily 5S audits and implementing actions on audit findings.
Material planning and coordination to ensure smooth production flow.
Troubleshooting machine‑related issues to minimize downtime.
Hour‑by‑hour production monitoring to address deviations quickly.
Ensuring quality checkpoints are monitored and tested as per the defined plan.
Ensuring machine check sheets are filled on time and reporting deviations promptly to the Maintenance team.
Ensuring WI and SOPs are available and written in user‑friendly language for operators.
Monitoring absenteeism of manpower and taking necessary actions to reduce it using Pareto analysis.
Monitoring Mat Plus & MAT data and taking appropriate corrective actions based on Pareto analysis.
Attending the daily Production Meeting to review performance and issues.
Conducting the Daily Communication Meeting with operators for alignment and clarity.
Ensuring required spares are available to avoid machine downtime and production loss.
Ensuring BOM (Bill of Materials) and Routes are corrected and updated as per the latest requirements
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for assigned lines
Identifying planning bottlenecks or cycle time issues and recommending corrective actions.
Ensuring Workorders print at 40 statuses; if any deviation occurs, informing the Reporting Manager via email for deviation allowance.
If any backlog order exists, discussing it with the Reporting Manager and taking corrective planning actions.
Ensuring timely closure of process audit points and implementing required corrective actions.
Your profile
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
5-6 years of Experience in Assembly /Press parts will be preferred.
