About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager – Toll & Transit , you will be responsible for onboarding fleet operators within your assigned territory and promoting FASTag fueling at designated fuel outlets. The role demands a strong understanding of fleet operations, effective stakeholder coordination, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales and cross-sell targets.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly FASTag sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper training of sales executives and maintain high-quality sourcing standards.
• Meet cross-sell targets across relevant banking and transit products.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive FASTag adoption and usage.
  
  

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of fleet operator prospects.
• Promote FASTag fueling at identified fuel outlets through targeted activities.
• Leverage market insights to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  
  

• Graduation: Any discipline
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in fleet operations, logistics, or transit-related services.
  
  

• Strong understanding of fleet operations and customer servicing.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and growth.
