Key responsibilities:

• Pro-actively seek and approach target customers, build connections and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Communicate with customers to understand their business and work with solution team to design proper solution.
• Work with department head to design an efficient BD process.
• Organize RFP / RFI responses.
• Conduct post bidding analysis and provide the department head with input on BD strategy matters in light of findings.
• Contract negotiation with customers.
• Communicate with operation / implementation team to hand over the solution after business awarded.
• Support Branding, Marketing activities and investigate market trend, industry trend.
• Take responsibility in some projects as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
  
  

Who we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in in-country logistics industry (3PL is preferred), with track record of winning.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
• Preferably being familiar with industries of Apparel & Footwear, Consumables, Technology, Foods & Beverage, Personal Care and Cosmetics.
• Strong skills of presentation and negotiation.
• Strategic thinking.
• Customer orientation
• Innovation
• Multi-task handling capability
• Can work under pressure.
