Dermatouch is one of Indias fastest-growing dermocosmetics brands, offering pharmacy-grade, dermatologist-backed skincare. Were looking for a highly accountable and experienced Senior Social Media Executive / Social Media Team Lead to lead our social media content operations.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who has managed a creative team, ensures quality across all social media content, and takes ownership of the final approval before content goes live. We value ownership, accountability, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of 4–5 social media professionals.

2. Oversee end-to-end social media content workflows.

3. Act as the final quality checkpoint before content is published.

4. Ensure all content aligns with Dermatouchs brand identity.

5. Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, influencers, and digital marketing teams.

6. Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality.

7. Monitor team performance and campaign delivery.

8. Maintain high standards of quality control (QC).

9. Work closely with marketing leadership to execute content strategies.

Requirements

1. 3–6+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or related field.

2. Must have managed a team of at least 4–5 members.

3. Experience handling social media content operations and approvals.

4. Experience reviewing and approving creatives.

5. Startup, D2C, agency, or consumer brand experience is an advantage.
