IT Tester

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in manual testing (web or mobile applications).
  

• Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle.
  

• Experience in test management tools (Jira, Zoho Projects, Trello, etc.).
  

• Familiarity with Postman for API testing and validation.
  

• Good knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing.
  

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based testing.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium or Cypress.
  

• Knowledge of Shopify, ecommerce platforms, or SaaS product testing.
  

• Experience with SQL for backend data verification.
  

• Familiarity with performance or security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP).
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
