Video Editor

We are seeking an experienced and creatively driven Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital content formats and performance marketing, along with a natural instinct for storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.

This role requires someone who goes beyond executing briefs — a creative thinker who genuinely enjoys crafting compelling video content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content across multiple formats:
  
• Short-form content (Reels, Shorts)
  
• Long-format videos (YouTube, brand films, educational content)
  
• Performance marketing creatives (ad films, conversion-focused content)
  
• Develop platform-first edits tailored to Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
  
• Ensure strong storytelling, smooth pacing, and engaging visual flow.
  
• Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and performance teams.
  
• Experiment with creative formats and contribute innovative editing ideas.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
  
• Reels & short-form content
  
• Long-format storytelling
  
• Performance marketing/advertising creatives
  
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization.
  
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
  
• A keen eye for detail, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling.
  
• Passion for video editing and a proactive creative mindset.
